Yes, Ujjivan digital account is a zero balance account.
The Ujjivan Digital account is meant for one individual, and opening of joint account is not possible.
This digital account is valid for 12 months. This means that if you don’t complete the full KYC process within 12 months, your account will be closed.
Moreover, after you complete the KYC process, the restrictions on transactions and spends are lifted.
