  • Mobile phone users can click here to get started.

  • Go on WhatsApp, search for the contact and send “help” as a message to view the list of services offered by Kotak.
  • Type the number corresponding to the service you seek to trigger a response.
  • If you wish to discontinue the WhatsApp banking services, you can send a “stop” message.
